BIOGRAPHY

One of many talented musicians amongst our ranks, Mutya Buena is an English recording artist who shot to fame as part of the Sugababes. Now available for a range of TV appearances, presenting or hosting duties, Mutya has four number one singles and an additional six top-ten hits whilst with the group, as well as three multi-platinum albums. One the group disbanded in 2005, Mutya went on to record a solo album, Real Girl, released in 2007, and a compilation in 2010 dedicated to all English singers entitled Sound Of Camden: Mutya Buena.

Of Filipino and Irish descent, Mutya is a mother of one who also regularly appears on British TV. As well as on Big Brother in 2009, she has been on Alan Carr's Celebrity Ding Dong and provided guest vocals for a single by Asher D of So Solid Crew association. Although rumours of a Sugarbabes reunion continue, Mutya has spent time training to become a psychologist for children at the same time as providing lead vocals for a number of UK acts including Paul Morrell, MegaMan, and Mutya Keisha Siobhan (the original Sugababes line up). Should you be looking for a popular British singer and media celebrity, Mutya Buena is a great choice. She is confident in front of all types of audiences from corporate to public, and as well as being a great singer makes a fine model, brand ambassador or likeable face to launch your new product.
