Latin House

Striking and unstoppable, international superstar Nayer might just be the most devoted artist in popular music today. This Cuban songstress calls Miami home, but she’s adored by millions of faithful fans around the globe who just can’t get enough. For Nayer, it’s always been about entertaining. Before she even entered high school, the songbird found herself performing in TV commercials and crooning on the talent competition show “Star Search” (where she won three times in a row). When Latin oriented label Sony Discos was in the market for a fresh and captivating singer/dancer, guess who fit the bill perfectly? Out of the many budding performers of that era with big hair and flashy sequins, Nayer’s talent caught the attention of some major industry power players. Soon Nayer was at a studio in front of a microphone recording her first Top 40 hit, the dance record "First Kiss (Primer Beso)".

Now in her 20s, and several international chart-toppers later, Nayer knows what it takes to be on top of the world. The #1 Billboard Hot 100 hit “Give Me Everything”, (which she recorded with Pitbull, Ne-Yo and Afrojack), has provided Nayer her biggest successes to date, racking up several MTV Video Music Award and Billboard Award nominations among many other accolades. The track also allowed Nayer to grow her fanbase with glitzy performances on the TV-promo circuit appearing on everything from “Dancing With The Stars” to the The NBA All-Star Game Halftime Show. You’ll also recognize Nayer’s musical talents on songs “I Know You Want Me (Calle Ocho)” by Pitbull and a remix to Enrique Iglesias’ single “Dirty Dancer” alongside Usher and Lil’ Wayne. Not long ago, the vocalist released “Suave (Kiss Me)”, which reached the Top 10 on iTunes in diverse countries across Europe, Asia and Australia.

Nayer will tell you she’s a typical passionate and extroverted Leo; never looking back and always keeping her focus on the next phase in her career. Whether she’s penning a new tune or in the booth laying a line, everyday she wakes up and wonders how can she inspire others with her gifts. After all, a versatile and fun-loving artist who commands the stage shouldn’t ever disappoint her fans. And Nayer doesn’t.
